Job Title: Medical Systems Sales and Training Specialist

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Medical Systems Sales and Training Specialist. The ideal candidate should have a nursing background, exceptional communication skills in English, and the ability to effectively demonstrate and train on medical systems and equipment. This role involves promoting and selling medical systems, as well as providing comprehensive training to healthcare professionals and end-users.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  1. Sales and Promotion:

   – Identify potential clients and target markets for medical systems.

   – Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.

   – Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.

   – Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

   – Prepare and submit sales proposals and quotations.

 

  1. Training and Education:

   – Provide in-depth training on the operation and maintenance of medical systems to healthcare professionals, including nurses and technicians.

   – Develop training materials, manuals, and presentations.

   – Customize training programs to meet the specific needs of clients.

   – Conduct training sessions on-site or remotely as required.

   – Ensure that trainees have a clear understanding of the systems’ functionality and applications.

 

  1. Product Knowledge:

   – Stay updated on the latest advancements in medical systems and technologies.

   – Maintain a thorough understanding of the features, benefits, and applications of the products represented.

   – Effectively communicate the value proposition of the medical systems to clients.

 

  1. Customer Support:

   – Provide ongoing support to clients regarding system operation and troubleshooting.

   – Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly.

   – Collaborate with the technical support team to ensure customer satisfaction.

 

  1. Market Research:

   – Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and industry developments.

   – Contribute to the development of marketing strategies based on market insights.

 

Qualifications:

 

– Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.

– Strong presentation and communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

– Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

– Proven experience in sales, preferably in the medical equipment or healthcare industry.

– Ability to quickly learn and effectively demonstrate complex medical systems.

– Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients.

– Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

– Willingness to travel to client locations for sales and training activities.
